1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Interior AI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers. Interior AI reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of Interior AI, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Interior AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. AI-Generated Content
Interior AI uses artificial intelligence to generate interior design visualizations based on user-uploaded photos and selected preferences. You acknowledge that: AI-generated results are approximations and may not perfectly reflect real-world outcomes; generated designs are intended for inspiration and planning purposes only; colors, textures, and proportions in generated images may vary from actual products; Interior AI does not guarantee the availability or exact pricing of furniture and decor items shown in generated designs.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to Interior AI. By uploading content, you grant Interior AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your images for the purpose of generating AI designs. AI-generated designs created through your account are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to your active subscription. The Interior AI platform, including its AI models, algorithms, user interface, and branding, remains the exclusive property of Interior AI SAS.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to: upload images containing illegal, offensive, or harmful content; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms; use automated systems or bots to access the platform; resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the platform without authorization; use the service to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights; circumvent any technical measures designed to protect the platform or its content. It is further strictly prohibited to upload, generate, attempt to generate, or distribute through Interior AI any content that is violent, gory, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, depicting nudity (full or partial), pornographic, depicting minors in any inappropriate way, or any other content likely to shock, offend, or undermine human dignity. As Interior AI is exclusively an interior design service, any photo submitted must depict a space, room, or decorative element. Interior AI implements automated and manual moderation mechanisms and reserves the right to refuse, remove, or block any non-compliant generation, without prior notice or refund, and to report any unlawful content to the competent authorities.
6. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: the content you upload to the platform, including ensuring you have the right to use any images; any decisions made based on AI-generated design suggestions; verifying the structural and regulatory feasibility of any design changes before implementation; ensuring that any purchased furniture or decor items meet your specific requirements. Interior AI is not liable for any damages resulting from design decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.
7. Service Availability
Interior AI strives to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods. Interior AI shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Usage Quotas and Limits
Access to AI generation features is subject to quotas designed to ensure service availability and quality for all users. Users without an active subscription are entitled to a single generation as a free trial, starting from the creation of their account. Users with an active subscription are limited to ten (10) generations per calendar day (UTC); this quota does not carry over from one day to the next and resets each day. Beyond a cumulative total of three hundred (300) generations performed over the entire lifetime of the account, Interior AI considers that the use of the application exceeds the scope of personal use and qualifies as professional use. In such case, Interior AI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to either delete the relevant account, modify or restrict the account's features, or require the user to subscribe to a dedicated professional plan, whose pricing terms will then be established by quote. Interior AI also reserves the right to adjust these limits for operational reasons, abuse prevention, or service evolution, notifying users of any significant changes.
9. Termination
Interior AI may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, the platform, or third parties. More generally, Interior AI reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without having to justify its decision, to suspend, modify, restrict or delete any account whose use is deemed inappropriate, abusive, unusual, contrary to the spirit of the service, or incompatible with its proper operation, without such decision giving rise to any compensation or refund, subject to the mandatory provisions of applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of account termination by contacting our support team.
